We want to help you maintain your health and wellness while living with a chronic lymphatic disorder. Keeping you involved in the activities you love is important to us. More people are affected by lymphedema and lymphatic disorders then you may think. We are offering monthly exercise groups for anyone who is interested in participating. There is no need for a doctor’s order or to already be a patient. Anyone who is interested in lymphatic exercises in a group atmosphere is welcome to sign up for our monthly exercise groups. Exercise groups will be performed with interest.
